How do I get started?

After you have read through our policies, process, and services, fill out a new project request to let us know what you’re interested in. We’ll contact you within 1 business day with an estimate and once its approved by you, you’ll receive your contract, deposit invoice and a creative brief by email.

How long is the wait?

It varies depending on when you place your order. Your wait time begins once your deposit is received. Usually, I fill up my schedule 3-4 months at a time.

How long does it take once you start?

Each project is different. Some projects need more exploration than others so they obviously take more time. Plan for about 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish as an average.

Can you rush my project or move to the top of the list?

Depending on our schedule, we are able to offer emergency service for an additional fee of $500 over and above the cost of the project. Rush projects are typically completed on nights and weekends when we aren’t normally working so they don’t interfere with other client work. If you are interested in a rush project, please let us know when you fill out your new project request.

How and when do I pay?

For most projects, you will be required to make an initial 50% non-refundable deposit in order to be placed on our schedule. Once it’s time for us to begin your design, we’ll send over an invoice for your remaining balance. When the invoice is paid in full, we will begin your design. All invoicing & payments are completed through a safe and secure system where you can pay with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
